So, what is MUnison anyway? It is a plugin that can generate copies of the input audio and it will create various types of harmonies with them with its doubler/unison and smart harmonizer processes. I wanted to mention some of MUnison’s features in this general overview of the plugin collection. The reason I decided to narrow my focus for this article is that the full collection has an enormous scope and sonic range. Three of them are shown above (V14 on the left and V15 to its right). I wanted to give you an idea of how some of them work, and a glimpse into some of those new UIs. With this new and improved version, that new ease-of-use is a very welcome addition.įor this review I will limit most of the article to just a few of the Melda plugins. Though MeldaProduction’s software has been known for being able to take on nearly any task that’s at hand, some users have mentioned (on certain online forums) that some of the UIs weren’t the most intuitive. It’s called V15 as it is the 15th generation of the plugin collection. In version 15 of MeldaProduction’s software catalog (V15 from here on) many fixes and big improvements to the user interfaces for many of their plugins have been added. Whenever I find that there is a plugin I’m using that can’t get a certain task accomplished, in most cases, the MeldaProduction plugins can get the job done. The company is based in Prague (in the Czech Republic) and has continued to be on the leading edge of software design ever since it was formed in 2009. With this latest version, their software is also more intuitive than ever before. MeldaProduction is an audio plugin developer that creates powerful software for music production and audio processing.
